Healing from the Body Level Up™ (HBLU™) is a holistic psychotherapy system that reproducibly clears mental, emotional, physical and spiritual blocks to success. Developed by Dr. Judith A. Swack, Ph.D., HBLU™, integrates the best of biomedical science, psychology, spirituality, applied kinesiology, hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and other therapy psychology techniques with her original research on the structure of complex damage patterns. HBLU™ is a unique way to get unstuck and eliminate struggle by clearing unconscious patterns that cause self- sabotage and is a great modality for facilitating personal growth, spiritual evolution and self-actualization.
