Shadow Work consist of working with the fractured parts of yourself. These fractured parts dig into your unconscious mind, dictating your interactions with other people. Not accepting your own shadows will keep you trapped in a delusional and spiritually unhealthy way of being. I will guide you see and accept your shadow(s) exploring the “ugly truth” that is causing your inner darkness. This is not a quick fix to your problems and may take some time but doing so you will evolve spiritually, improving your overall sense of wellness, find self-acceptance and becoming more self-aware, heal generational trauma and improve your physical and mental health. • 6 Sessions Package - $330.00 (Save 30.00) • 9 Sessions Package - $450.00 (Save 90.00) Sessions are conducted via Zoom, WhatsApp Video Call or FaceTime
